A useful guide with the most important policies for your stay at our hotel, including how to book a room.

Check-in - Check-out

Check-in: 14:00 (2 pm)
Check-out: 10:00 (10 am)
Early check-in: from 12:00 (12 pm) (+4000 Ft/room)
Late check-out: until 12:00 (12 pm) (+4000 Ft/room)

Rooms are available from 14:00 (2 pm) on the day of arrival and until 10:00 (10 am) on the day of departure. Depending on availability, the hotel offers early arrival and late departure for a fee. If the guest wishes to occupy the room before 7:00 a.m. on the day of arrival, the full room rate for the previous night will be charged. Late check-outs after 10:00 a.m. will be charged at 1 000,- HUF per room for each hour started, after 4:00 p.m. the full room rate will be charged.

Tourist tax (VAT)

Prices do not include the tourist tax, which is payable on the spot. From 1 January 2023 the tourist tax is 597,-Ft/person/night for guests over 18 years.

Booking confirmation

Your booking will always be confirmed in writing (e-mail, letter), and your booking will be considered final only after this confirmation.

Guarantee

To guarantee your reservation, in certain cases, we may ask you to provide your credit card details or pay a deposit, as specified in advance at the time of the offer or reservation. In this case, the confirmation will take effect if the requested deposit or credit card guarantee is received by the date specified in the confirmation.

General cancellation conditions

All individual reservations can be canceled free of charge until 16:00 on the 7th day before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged.

General payment conditions

You can pay for the services ordered on the spot by cash, bank transfer or credit card via the website. Other methods of payment on the spot: vouchers issued by the hotel and/or its contracted partner.

Taxes

Prices include VAT. In the event of a change in the rate of tax set by the VAT Act in force, our prices are subject to change without notice.

Catering

Breakfast buffet: a rich breakfast buffet is served in the hotel restaurant.

Half board: main meals - buffet style - are served in the hotel restaurant. Drinks are not included in the half-board price.

Please note that children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use the spa pool in the wellness area!

Smoking

All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.

Accommodation for pets

Small dogs or cats can be brought to the hotel. Price: 5.000 HUF / night.

Parking

Our hotel has an outdoor, enclosed car park where guests can park their vehicles safely. The use of the parking lot for our guests is 1.500 HUF / car / night

Unlimited Wi-Fi is available at the hotel reception.
