  Weekend surcharge (Friday and Saturday nights): 3,500 HUF/night

  The voucher can be redeemed on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) and during the summer season with an additional fee.
  
  Not valid during peak and holiday periods (e.g., Easter, Pentecost, Christmas, New Year’s Eve).
  
  Seasonal surcharge from April 1 to June 20 and September 1 to October 31: 15,000 HUF/room/package (includes weekend surcharge)
  
  Seasonal surcharge from June 20 to August 31: 25,000 HUF/room/package (includes weekend surcharge)

Cancellation policy

Refunds or cancellations are not possible, but the voucher is not personal and can be transferred to someone else.

The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, combined with other discounts, or resold.

The full amount must be paid within 8 days after booking the voucher.

If no parking space is available on the hotel premises, free parking is available on Helikon Street, parallel to the hotel.

Discounted tickets for the thermal lake bath are available at the hotel reception.
